FUN DOG SHOW AT HYLANDS PARK, ESSEX
ON 26TH SEPTEMBER 2010

Woofers, Hounds And Mutts is a fun day out for all the family, its aim is to raise money for doggie related charities and to encourage responsible dog ownership within the Borough and the surrounding counties. Our next show will be held at Hylands Park, Essex on 26th September 2010.

The WHAM 2009 Fun Dog Show raised a fantastic £1500 for Pets As Therapy and Tailends.

A huge thankyou to everyone who attended and to everyone who helped make the show happen.

It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Angela from Tailends after her long battle with cancer. She will be remembered fondly by so many for her compassion and love of the dogs in her care.

2009 Schedule

Below is the 2009 Schedule of the days classes. Each class costs £1 per dog.

W.H.A.M Show 27th September 2009 at Hylands Park, Essex from 10am
PINK RING	WHAM Show Schedule 2009	BLUE RING
1 Cutest Cross Breed	Class 1 will begin judging at 11 a.m. and will be followed by Classes 2 and 3.
2 Golden Oldie (Over 7 Years)	Classes 4-10 are split by gender.
3 Childs Best Friend	(dogs in the blue ring and bitches in the pink ring and run concurrently.)
4 Best Rescued Bitch	Classes 4 & 5 will start and run at the same time.	5 Best Rescued Dog
6 Most Feminine Appealing Eyes (Bitches only)	Classes 6 & 7 will start and run at the same time.	7 Most Manly Appealing Eyes (Dogs only)
8 Bitch the judge would like to take home	Classes 8 & 9 will start and run at the same time.	9 Dog the judge would like to take home
10 Girly Pup Star (Bitches)	Classes 10 & 11 will start and run at the same time.	11 Manly Pup Star (dogs)
12 Happiest 2 Hound Family	Classes 12 & 13 will start and run at the same time.	13 Happiest 3+ Hound Family
Ring closes (re-opens when class 11 is finished) for Judge's break.	The Pink ring will close after Class 12. The blue ring will judge Classes 14 & 15. The pink ring will then reopen for class 16.	14 Fancy Dress 15 Cutest Trick
16 Prettiest Sighthound or Lurcher Bitch	The blue will close after class 15. The pink ring will now reopen for Classes 16 & then 17 to be judged.	Ring closes (re-opens when class 13 is finished) for Judge's break.
17 Most Handsome Sighthound/Lurcher Dog	Once Class 17 is finished the blue ring will reopen so both rings will be judging. Classes 18-23 are split by height, over 18 inches in the pink ring and under 18 inches in the blue ring
18 Waggiest Trail over 18 inches	Classes 18 & 19 will start and run at the same time.	19 Waggiest Trail under 18 inches
20 Most Handsome dog (non sighthound) over 18 inches	Classes 20 & 21 will start and run at the same time.	21 Most Handsome dog (non sighthound) under 18 inches
22 Prettiest Bitch (non sighthound) over 18 inches	Classes 22 & 23 will start and run at the same time.	23 Prettiest Bitch (non sighthound) under 18 inches
Scurry	Runs all day in its own area from 11am till 2:30pm. Entry taken in the ring not at the entry desk.
Best In Show (in Pink Ring)	Those placed 1st in classes 1-24 are eligible for this class.
